Aaron embraced an all-rounded education through his active involvement in a wide range of co-curricular activities and outstanding leadership qualities. He participated in aquathlon races, headed the Yong Pung How School of Law’s Corporate and Commercial Law Club for which he was awarded the University Student Life Award in 2020, was Vice President of the SMU Law Society and headed the organisation of the Lee Kong Chian Scholars Orientation Camp.

Aaron's involvement in community service reflects similar diversity and breadth: he was an associate consultant for Thrive Social Consulting; legislative assistant to a Member of Parliament on important policies; and involved in several overseas community service projects. He was responsive to fellow students’ needs and eager to lend a helping hand to the law school in events.

As a Lee Kong Chian scholar, Aaron fared very well academically and was on the Dean’s List for 4 years.
